CHEMICALS. KEEPS ALL LOBBIES AND PUBLIC FACILITIES (SUCH AS LOBBY RESTROOMS, TELEPHONE AREA, THE FRONT DESK, AND OFFICES) IN A NEAT AND CLEAN
CONDITION. PROMOTES A POSITIVE IMAGE OF THE PROPERTY TO GUESTS AND MUST BE PLEASANT, HONEST, FRIENDLY AND SHOULD ALSO ABLE TO ADDRESS GUEST
REQUESTS AND PROBLEMS. IDENTIFY STAINED OR DAMAGED ITEMS AND DETERMINE STATUS FOR REPAIR, SPOT TREATMENT, REWASH, OR DISCARD. INSPECT
CLEANLINESS OF ARTICLES REMOVED FROM THE WASHER, DRYER, OR DRY CLEANING MACHINES AND PLACE IN CLEAN LINEN CARTS. FOLD CLEANED ARTICLES INTO
DESIGNATED SIZE, EITHER BY HAND OR USING FOLDING MACHINE. MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF ITEMS LAUNDERED INCLUDE OUTSOURCING SERVICE ITEMS.
IDENTIFY AND REPORT PREVENTATIVE OR OTHER MAINTENANCE ISSUES IN PUBLIC AREAS OR GUEST ROOMS. POST CAUTION SIGNS. CONTACT CALL OPERATOR

PUBLIC AND EMPLOYEE AREAS. CLEAN FLOOR SURFACES IN PUBLIC OR EMPLOYEE SPACE USING DESIGNATED CHEMICALS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT. DUST
SURFACES IN ASSIGNED AREA. EMPTY TRASH CONTAINERS, ASHTRAYS, AND ASH URNS IN PUBLIC AREAS INTO PROPER CONTAINERS. INSPECT CONDITION OF
